More recent evidence published in 2026 included seven randomized controlled trials involving 479 participants and found no significant differences in several combined erectile-function outcomes compared with placebo, with the authors describing the certainty of evidence as low to moderate.
For this reason, PRP should be discussed as an emerging treatment option rather than a proven cure for erectile dysfunction. Individual results can vary, and a consultation should consider your medical history and the possible causes of your symptoms.
